Winning is an important aspect of our culture at Apple Rock. Every day our team strives to win our clients with our expertise and design. Not just the first time, but every time. We have had an exciting and productive year so far at Apple Rock! We have being producing award-winning exhibits, won safety awards, website awards and named one of the triad’s top performing companies.
The SHARP designation is the highest honor that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) awards to business. Out of the 218, 104 small businesses in North Carolina, Apple Rock Displays is among only 134 companies to achieve the SHARP status, for 2013. This is the second time the we have been awarded SHARP status, which means they have continuously maintained an above average health and safety program since 2011.
Apple Rock won the Videographer Award for a video featuring the CEO and Owner, Eric Burg. The video Recycle, Reuse or Refurbish the award of distinction, an honor bestowed to 14% of entries. The 18th annual Videographer Awards had 1500 entries from 12 countries in 2014.
We were the recipient of two Hermes Creative Awards. The company won a Platinum award for a trade show exhibit and a Gold award for an event marketing program. The Hermes Creative Awards were established over three decades ago to honor the messengers and creators of traditional and developing media. Receiving these awards is a tremendous achievement that recognizes outstanding talent within the marketing and communication industry. The OrthoBanc exhibit took home the Platinum Award, while the Food Lion Chef Challenge took home a gold award.
Apple Rock was named a Fast 50 Company by the Business Journal. We are the only exhibit company in the history of the Fast 50 awards to qualify for this prestigious award 5 times. This award celebrates the top-performing privately held companies in the triad.
We're also celebrating an award for our website. The W3 Awards strive to honor creative excellence on the web, while recognizing the creative and marketing professional behind award winning sites, videos and marketing programs.
