APPLE ROCK BREAKS GROUND ON NEW WORLD HEADQUARTERS
HIGH POINT, NC – Apple Rock Advertising & Promotion, a leader in the event marketing industry since 1988, announces the groundbreaking of its new world headquarters. Expertly designed, with 80,000 square feet of “green” office and warehouse space, this expansive facility is a direct result of the company’s continued, solid growth in the event marketing arena on a regional, national and international playing field. A green building is a #1 priority for Apple Rock to ensure the practice of increasing energy, water, and material utilization, and also to reduce the building’s overall impact to nature.
Apple Rock’s world headquarters will be situated on 5.5 acres of land, providing room for growth, increased production space, and logistical indoor and outdoor maneuvering. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to accommodate fabrication operations, increased event marketing freight storage, and increased floor area to set up large exhibits under one roof. Located near Piedmont Triad International Airport, this new facility will provide prime access and logistical ease for Apple Rock clients worldwide.
At the ceremony, Eric Burg (CEO) & Terri Burg (Owner) and Diane Rowell (Chief Operating Officer) of Apple Rock welcomed all 47 employees to celebrate 19 years of service excellence and to celebrate breaking ground on the new world headquarters located on Business Park Drive in Greensboro. Mayor Keith Holliday made a special appearance to assist with the physical breaking of ground in Greensboro. Woody Hamlett, of Hamlett and Associates, attended to celebrate the ground breaking as the kick off to his building expedition and expressed his gratitude in taking part the business expansion. Apple Rock also welcomed Suntrust bankers along with Greensboro Chamber of Commerce delegates who welcomed Apple Rock to Greensboro. The momentous occasion marks a pivotal time in the company’s history moving into its 20th year as a leader in the event marketing industry.
