INTRODUCTION
Apple Rock Advertising & Promotion, Inc. (“Apple Rock”) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of Apple Rock’s Web site located at www.applerock.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how Apple Rock collects, protects and uses the information collected by Apple Rock when visitors use this Site. Personal Information
Apple Rock collects personally identifiable information on the Site (a) if you “Request a Consult” with one of our sales representatives, (b) if you subscribe to our newsletter, (c) in some situations where you download a White Paper from the Site, (d) in certain situations when you engage in a “Live Chat” and (e) during online shopping. Personal information may include, among other things, a user’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, password and credit card number. We use the above information to fulfill product orders, to communicate with you and to facilitate the purpose of your visit to the Site or interaction with Apple Rock personnel. If you are registered and have an account with us, this information allows us to automatically populate shipping information forms in the event you decide to order from the Site. We require a mailing address in order to make the checkout process faster and to deliver your product. We require a phone number in case there is a problem with your order. We will not telemarket you. We require an e-mail address because it identifies you uniquely. We will send you an e-mail confirming your purchase on our Site, and in the event you forget your password, we will send it to your e-mail address at your request. Periodically, we may send promotional e-mails describing new features or products. You may unsubscribe to these e-mails at any time using the unsubscribe link located at the base of the email or by sending a request to inquiries@applerock.com. We require a unique login ID and password combination that allows you secure access to your user profile and preferences. If you forget your password, at your request, we can e-mail it to the e-mail address you choose in your profile.
If you choose to receive our newsletters, your e-mail address will be used for forwarding our newsletters to you. In order for us to deliver these newsletters, we may need to pass your name and e-mail address to our service providers who supply us with this e-mail service. The information you provide while visiting the Site may be combined with marketing research from internal and external sources.
If you ever need to change, update or delete any of your registration information for newsletters, send an email to inquiries@applerock.com requesting the change, update or deletion of your personal information.
