Fabrics, Banners & Stands

We can produce various styles and types of banners, from Kaleidoscope Dye Sublimation and Direct Print Inkjet to Traditional Paint & Vinyl Banners…all of which are creative elements to producing the highest quality indoor tradeshow graphics. Not only do we produce banners for tradeshows, but they are also great for other uses. For example, advertising a product or announcing an event in venues such as shopping malls, movie theaters, airports, banks, sports facilities, and colleges and universities.

Whether you are advertising a new product or adding to your current display, our banners will intensify the message you are striving to convey and open up new design opportunities. We can produce banners for Sprint, Quickscreen, Courier, Display One, Banner Impressions, Advisor, Magic Pak, Roll Up, Big Fabric Truss Systems and many other banner systems.

Imagine the impact of your fabric graphic when the brilliance of Kaleidoscope is reflected! Our Kaleidoscope Dye Sublimation product line clearly enhances your graphic options for tradeshow displays. The exciting sublimation process involves using specific sublimation inks that once heat activated, will " flash" into a gaseous state, penetrating and dyeing the substrate or fabric. The sublimation process is permanent because the image actually becomes part of the material. Once again we can produce any size banner that your customer requests. These dye sublimation graphics, which exceed the quality of competing technologies, are available in two great options.

Kaleidoscope Classic is our original dye sublimation process that brings your image to life. Similar to other market technologies, the Classic offers brilliant color and crisp detail. We can produce any Classic fabric graphic up to 52" wide without a seam.

 

 

NEW! Kaleidoscope Select is truly a new premium product. It offers a rich, vibrant color spectrum, enhancing the detail and continuous color of the fabric image. Currently we can produce any Select fabric graphic up to 58" wide without a seam.

 

 

A large array of fabrics are available for Kaleidoscope Classic and Select:

  1. Poly Duck - a 6.0 oz. polyester fabric with a matte, "canvas like" texture.
  2. Poly Poplin - a 3.8 oz. polyester weave with a soft feel and matte, "canvas like" texture; not as thick as the Poly Duck.
  3. Dacron - a 3.2 oz. polyester fabric with a polished "canvas like" texture.
  4. Poly Satin - a 4.1 oz. polyester fabric with the shine and feel of satin.
  5. Poly Silk - a 2.1 oz. woven polyester that feels like silk.
  6. Poly Lucent - a 0.8 oz. thin polyester that is sheer
  7. Wrinkle Resist - a polyester twill that is extremely resistant to wrinkles.
  8. Hercules - a 6.2 oz heavyweight polyester with a canvas like texture.
  9. Additional fabrics are available-- Please call if you have requirements not satisfied by these options.

Direct Print Inkjet Banners
This particular banner type is an Inkjet graphic printed directly on a variety of fabric materials. There is no maximum size for producing an Inkjet banner-we can produce any size banner that you would need for any event. Our 3 primary materials are:

  1. Ultra Weave: a 15-mil woven polyester material with a matte finish that requires a spray laminate. It looks and feels similar to an artist canvas. The Ultra Weave is our biggest seller!
  2. Ultra Vinyl Plus: a 10 mil polyester vinyl material that displays bright, vivid colors and is our best vinyl option.
  3. Ultra Vinyl: a 15-mil scrim vinyl best used for maximum opacity.
  4. Ultra Silk: a 13-mil woven polyester fabric that feels like silk and has a water-resistant coating.

Vinyl Banners
Vinyl banners are manufactured of heavy weight 13 oz vinyl, and all vinyl lettering and logos are produced from Gerber/3M Schotchal 220 Premium Vinyl, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor uses. You have a wide selection of vinyl colors to choose from for your banner. Vinyl banners can be produced up to 58" before a heat pressed seam would be required for a larger size.

All finishing options for Direct Inkjet Print and Dye Sublimation are included with the banners. You may choose to hem one, two, three or all four sides of the banner, add 3/8" grommets sewn in the corners or where you specify, or you may want to have pole pockets sewn in the top or bottom for the mounting of your banner.
