Drayage/Material Handling

Drayage is the handling of trade show display properties between the loading dock and the booth.  This also includes the handling of those goods from advanced receiving, as well as the removal and return of your empty containers. 

This can be one of the most challenging parts of your trade show exhibiting experience.  Let us help you preplan and think through the process.  Charges are determined by the weight and the ease of handling.  In your exhibitor manual, this will be outlined in great detail – almost too much detail!  We have experience staff that can assist you with figuring out the drayage and handling maze!  Without planning, you could be in for a hefty bill!

We will handle the shipping, bills of lading, and communication with the contractor while we keep you in the loop of communication.  We will assist you every step of the way and remember all of the details for you.  Before, during and after the show we will outline any requirements that you may individually need to attend.
