Our Approach

Our process is designed around the client.  Apple Rock’s policy is to create the most collaborative and communicative project environment that captures all of your expectations. 

Step 1 - We Listen
To capture your initial objective.  We make the most informed recommendation and collaborate with you to choose a design and integrate your brand experience.

Step 2 - We Design
We communicate with you to create a structure, graphic layout, and points of interest for your space – based on your branding, messaging, and business objectives.

Step 3 - We Plan
We work closely with you to generate show requirements and plan internal levels of execution.  We collaborate with you, your show team, and Apple Rock departments to plan and implement your event program.  Brainstorming and Apple Rock creative meetings are ongoing through every step of the process.  Our comprehensive approach creates a highly managed event.

Step 4 - We Produce
Apple Rock goes to work on your design.  We secure all display materials, graphics, lighting, flooring, services and accessories to make your display complete.  We design and produce your graphics to meet your approval.  Each graphic that is produced and approved by you prior to implementation.

Step 5 - Event Planning
Apple Rock event planning coordinates and schedules all event needs including electrical, carpet, internet services, airplane tickets, accommodations, hospitality, rigging, installation, dismantling, shipping, staffing, talent appearances, pre/post/in-show promotion, and all fine details are needed to make your show outstanding.

Step 6 - We Deliver
Previewing your booth prior to the event is a great check and balance.  We also provide training for displays that are purchased with the option of self-installation, giving you an opportunity to identify any last minute requests or modifications.  Apple Rock installs, maintains, dismantles and ships in conjunction with event coordination during the show.  With our direct labor rates through our labor/AV partner we put all of our planning to work for a total program success!

Step 7 - We Follow Through
We work with you to create a successful event marketing program through the years.  Our account management and customer service departments tend to your needs throughout the entire life cycle of the project and program needs.
